That family room should not be there, and that would really open up the sitting room downstairs so that people can fully enjoy the double ceilings.

It’s really affordable if you do the math and even consider the location which is not a concrete jungle like most other areas, you will find that this house is worth it. When done appropriately, flat roof are a good addition!

I like the fact that the house is spacious with big windows. At least they have some green space, lacking so much in Africa. As usual no space for sidewalks and trees, but much better than what we usually see. Good finishes, and the staging is nice also.
