The house is so big but so outdated inside and confusing spaces. Honestly, I would not buy this house. Why is the walk in wardrobe so tiny in such a big space and who was approving these plans.

I would have liked to see a better connection between the physical look of the main house relative to the gazebo and guest quarters. Specifically, the main house has an exposed roof and the gazebo and guest house have a hidden roof. Both structures should have exposed roofs, which creates a better connection with the main house. As it stands, it appears as if the gazebo and guest quarters are after-thoughts. In other words, they were not built at the same time when the main house was being constructed.

Damn! The itch to be rich. Love this house. I would definitely opt for roof access so that I can easily manage my water tanks and whatnot, and also do repairs in case heavy rainfall defeats my waterproofing as we can see on that skylight. Having said that, an elegant ladder would also work just fine. One thing I believe is important to mention is that the lift can be added for families with any disabled members, not just elderly members. I love the staging a lot, but I'll definitely repaint the exterior and roof as I really hate stains on my paint. Lovely video, lovely home.
