Overall House is Well designed & exquisite. For the first time we have a spacious guest cloakroom / bathroom.(Not those funny things developers put under the stairs😂) Kitchen- Very nice Workmanship is splendid 🎉 Also the bedroom doors r not on the face of rhe corridors,thus no one can peep as they head to roof top. I estimated based on the little experience I have in the small projects I have been involved with but based on your response, they went with a high end brand which means that price could easily shoot to 2-3.5 million without appliances and probably labour. I'm not a pro yet, but I'm learning.
