One of my favorite golfers. I had the opportunity to walk with Ian at the Accenture Match play as a Walking Scorer. I still have the golf ball he gave me. Although he didn't sign it, I know where it came from. Glad to see the family side of him!

A couple weeks away from home, i used to go to sea for five months home for two then away again, i never got to see my kids grow up. You make millions playing something you enjoy, try being in a Hurricane or Typhoon at sea or spending days with hardly any sleep working in an Engine room with temperatures in excess of 40c. Many people sacrifice seeing their families including military people. So think yourself very lucky you have the Life you have, and tell Rory he needs a Pro Caddie.

Yes just a normal family, my swimming pool and pool tables etc etc, are just my normal way if life, you're not a normal functioning family you are a very privileged family and no problem there, you're a very successful golfer and well played for that, but normal give it a rest.
