This machines is a beast, the only downside is the small water reservoir

Upon speaking to Antonio, the smaller reservoir forces the user to refill more often, which then reminds of cleaning and fresh water. We have seen some 1 gallon reservoirs build up mold or fungus in less than 2 weeks. As we say in our business, there are always trade offs.
