The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) will take the lead in the subsequent phase of the nine-phase rehabilitation project, which extends to the Intramuros area. Pasig River Esplanade "Pasig Bigyang Buhay Muli: Pasig River Urban Development Showcase Area" Makakatulong ito ng malaki sa turismo sa lunsod ng Maynila. Dito rin natin pino-project na magkakaroon ng mga commercial shops na magbibigay oportunidad sa ating mga kababayan na siya namang vision ni President Bongbong Marcos Jr. at ni First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos (This will greatly contribute to tourism in the city of Manila. Here we are also projecting that there will be commercial shops that will give opportunities to our countrymen which is the vision of President Bongbong Marcos Jr. and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos),” DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar said in a news release on Monday. "Tuluy-tuloy lamang po kami sa Inter-Agency Council for the Pasig River Urban Development (IAC-PRUD) sa pagta-trabaho, hanggang sa mabuo ang proyektong ito (We at the Inter-Agency Council for the Pasig River Urban Development Project will continue to work until this project is completed)," he added. Apart from boosting tourism and maximizing the economic potentials of Pasig River, the PBBM Project also aims to promote transportation interconnectivity in Metro Manila as the waterway traverses several major cities across the capital region. The project envisions to transform the 25-kilometer stretch of the river into people-centered and community-driven park with walk paths and bike lanes. When completed, it will provide a seamless travel on foot or two wheels from Manila Bay to Laguna de Bay. The revitalization project stemmed from Executive Order No. 35, issued by the President in July 2023, that created the IAC-PRUD tasked to “transform Pasig River back into historically pristine condition conducive to transport, recreation and tourism.” Btw, i hope you like this pasig river esplanade update today / pasig river urban development / pasig river esplanade project / pasig river esplanade plan / new tourist spot in manila / tourist attraction in manila / trending in manila. the entire philippines river sides should be free from all obstructions: housing "extensions"'; businesses warehouses; squatters...etc..etc. ..its shameful because foreigners comes in to this country for we Filipinos are the most hospitable in the whole world. foreign tourists are all coming in.. these riversides should be turned into linear parks for people, cyclists, joggers, lamp posts, refuge for birds, trees and wild animals sanctuaries not dumping ground for trash, animal manure; human sewages and processing plants polluted trash and sewages. where are the local government units, are they all sleeping in their jobs? people please be wiseful in the next coming elections. philippines cannot be a first world country with these types of corrupt behaviors. we have to wake up...we had become a laughing stock from the whole world. Love from 12 million overseas filipino workers.

25 km stretch po yan. Kaya 3 years ang ibinigay ni PBBM na dapat matapos ang proyekto. Ang first lady Liza Araneta Marcos ang namamahala kasama ang pagpapaganda sa Intamuros. Additional info ang architrctiral design ay magkakaiba rin. Ang architectural design na makikita sa Manila ay kaiba rin sa mga structures na itatayo sa bandang Pasig, Makati, Marikina at iba pang madadaanan na city ng Pasig Bigyang Buhay Muli[PBBM] project. Additional info maglalagay din sila ng "Marcos Park" na mas malaki pa sa Luneta Park. Not sure kung sa may bandang Pasig or Marikina ilalagay. No government funds ang nagamit sa proyektong ito. But it is believed na ito ay backed by the Marcos Foundation since walang private organizations ang nabangit na nag sponsor dito.
