Probably my favorite home on the market, so I have a lot to say about this one, lol. But way overpriced for Los Feliz. And according to the property assessor they've way over-listed the square footage. There's no way all those spaces together are 20k square feet. Pros: The view. DUH The foyer is gorgeous. I love the living rooms and how they go out to the balconies. The amount of light the house gets because it's a long house that faces N/S. A lot of people don't like long houses but they don't bother me if they are N/S facing. Those bars are beautiful. The top floor bar is modeled after the bar in the Langham Hotel in London and I love the green marble on the bottom floor bar. I love the kitchen so much and I love Officine Gullo. It's so elegant. The theater is amazing. The outdoor space is fantastic and you get a ton of land and grassy space. The pool is huge. The gym space is huge compared to most homes and you get a steam shower and sauna. The overall feel of the house is so wonderful and elegant. The powder rooms in this house are fantastic. That double bathroom with the art deco vibe is fantastic. Actually almost all the bathrooms are. On Enes' tour I really noticed the bathrooms. Cons: Way overpriced for Los Feliz. The square footage is completely wrong. There's no way all of those structures are 20k sq ft. Property assessor says the main house is like 10k which seems much more accurate from the full tour I've seen. The other two structures (not in this video) combined are not 10k. The pool is so far away. You have to walk quite a way (uphill) to get to it. That Japanese mural in the dining room, while beautiful, is so out of place. It's not a Japanese or Asian home. The "her" primary bathroom is so specific. The floors on the bottom level are ugly and look like something has been spilled on all of them. If they wanted terracotta idk why they didn't go with a solid color not that marbled look. Lack of privacy. You're on a promontory which means great views but you have a lot of houses looking at you, especially from the west. There's an ugly, cheap chain link fence around the property when it should be an iron fence for the price. Overall if I ever won the lottery I'd buy this house but not for this price. If I was going to spend almost $30mil I'd go to Beverly Hills or Bel Air.

OMG!! I absolutely love how detailed you are about the house!! I think you’re right. The house didn’t feel like 20,000 ft.² at all. I agree with a lot of your pros and cons fantastic house but just a lot of money for Los Feliz. I couldn’t believe that chain linked fence when I saw it, lol! Whoever buys this house is gonna have to factor in a couple million and renovations.

Beautiful home! My favourite was the master bedroom. Not much space in the backyard but it still offers beautiful views.

This mansion is beautiful. You know, I would love for you to take a tour of these 2 mansions in a future video: 1210 Laurel Way, 1395 North Doheny Drive, since I didn't see any other KZbinrs like Enes Yilmazer or Darren Kriz who would dedicate a tour to these 2 luxurious properties.

Beautiful house. Now I have to questions for you: 1. Could you tour 1395 N Doheny Dr? 2. In your opinion, what’s the best house (LA) in the market today? The one that fits your lifestyle and you would move in tomorrow.

I’m glad you enjoyed it and I’ll def try to tour 1395 Doheny for you! That’s a great question, I think the best house on the market it is 1851 Stanley, it’s super unique and amazing! I toured it on the channel already. However, the one that fits my lifestyle would actually be a beach house in Manhattan Beach. The perfect one for me doesn’t exist but it would be a hybrid between the location of 1000 The Stand and design esthetics of 237 27th St. With budget not being a concern I would purchase 1000 The Strand and build my dream home to my exact specifications. I love the beach, it’s my happy place. I feel closest to God and closest to myself at the beach. Being able to see the ocean and hear the waves crash from all the main rooms in my home would bring me so much intangible value that it’d be worth the high spend. Walking to shopping, dining, and entertainment is excellent especially when you want to have guests come and stay. Also, the location of Manhattan Beach is ideal for commuting both to travel at LAX and anywhere else on the Westside of LA. Do you have a favorite home on the market?

@@RealJStreet Thank for your reply. It’s true, the idea of a perfect house is often more about finding a place that feels right for you rather than meeting every single criteria. And tbh, I don't have a favourite house in the market.
