Stunning home, but the brown crown moldings was a mistake and some of the paint choices. Home like that should be painted with soft and natural colors. Nothing that cannot be changed so it's a yes for me. My favorite channel ❤️
@pheberebe24302 жыл бұрын
I agree. Those choices made the home look dated.
@lulubell31912 жыл бұрын
I agree with you. Actually those colour choices reduce the property sale value. The wood colour moldings would be better suited for a craftsman style house. I really like the layout and space.
@markymark47652 жыл бұрын
I would have to get rid of some of the grills esp the one in the master and they one on the third floor ( doubt that one is necessary ). Then repaint most of the house to more neutral colors. The basement for a home theater. The doors all over house with that dark wooden stain would have to go. They make the house very dated like it’s the 80’s or 90’s.
@Rapumkin2 жыл бұрын
The home is very much over priced. Firstly the lay-out of the home is a poorly designed floor plan. The dark moulding, wooden finishes, ages the home. The house colors are like a crayon box!! Tooo many wall colors . The finishes are not on $1 mil level home.
@moniquehudson50282 жыл бұрын
I thought the same thing. I wouldn't even know how to furnish it, too much wasted space. The owner obviously redid the kitchen cupboards and should've changed the color of the moldings and base boards as well. And the colors on the walls are horrible 😭😭😭. This townhouse looks like one big expensive BLAH.

Real estate in Jamaica is at it’s peak right now and just like places in the U.S. people are migrating because costs of living and the places they are going to in turn increases the value of everything surrounding the area. I suggest buying a piece of secluded land outside of the area and building/designing your own home. You will have space and peace away from the city at a reasonable price

Appears a little unfinished in some areas such as paintwork, wasnt sure if the kitchen units were self close when the drawer was open and closed. The lot size stated should be that which the house sits on not the development in its entirety. The price seems about rigt for the area, i'm sure you could get more land etc elsewhere but if that is where you want to live then thats the price tag. Big up anyway

Here's a little advice. Next time, furnish the space with top quality furniture b4 you show it. The design of the space is good, good architect, but the design choices , the color of mouldings and baseboards...brown....no. How in the world a property is going to have two pools, two car garage, and so much storage and it is priced at $1,100,000US? That property is definitly worth more than that. Nuh badda go change the price now because unu see dis, but it's worth more than that amount. I didn't even include the demographic, median income of the area and etc. I know townhouses are cheaper than stand alone house, but this is def underpriced.

Nothing special about this place... Why is it so expensive?!!!!... These developers have lost their mind 🤯 and I expect the price to fall. This is my 2nd time viewing your content and this place looks very late 90s update. The best parts are the main bathroom and the basement. The colours for showing look very odd. None of the cupboards are soft close and the finishes look very cheap. Too many dark wooden finishes make the place look dated. Construction isn't polished and looks very rushed... I saw a listing here in Ironshore, Mobay that was smaller but looked so much better and was 1/3 the price.
