Competition is stiff in any big city. Absolutely EVERYTHING matters (especially in California, your looks as much as your résumé). Plus, you have access to the best of everything, so there's no excuse for not looking great. When I would visit New York City, as soon as you were in Manhattan, it's like someone flipped a switch and everyone was gorgeous or interesting in some way. It struck me then that it's hard to look bad when you can't find anything bad to buy. Maybe it was just the magic of the Big Apple! I miss those days...

I have read for years actors starting their own production companies but never hearing about any substantial projects that proved successful, except for a handful, but now I think it is probably the best time for these companies. Women actors, in particular, need to start being power players behind the scenes and not let Hollywood decide their usefulness since they are youth-obsessed when it comes to starlets. Good for Margot for taking more control of her career in the business. I love the office design. My creativity is popping off the charts just by watching this video.

With such a beautiful working space, who wouldn't want to go to work. The open spaces and natural light that flood in is very inviting. It was a great decision to paint the walls ivory white, as well as, adding wallpaper to feature walls. The outdoor area is stunning, I always appreciate a slice of nature to connect with. Overall this space was well designed 🌼🧡 ...and holy crap! Can we all just take a moment to appreciate the radiance that is Margot Robbie 🌿 Om shanti 🌿
