QB play is a huge concern. Still proud of the guys and think there’s so much to be happy about

As good as a running game we have you need a qb
@Lukas-j1o8 сағат бұрын
There’s mistakes that need to be corrected for us. And we need more of a passing game. With that being said, it’s great to be able to correct mistakes coming off a win.

Hell of a game, and hell of a first half 💛💙💙👊
@bunjidogg17 сағат бұрын
What an unlikely victory. All done with grit and character along with a Defense that is starting to figure it out. O-line, too. Something to build on, but still might need Tuttle.

Everyone wants to criticize this team. We lost so much in the offseason. Michigan is rebuilding, and they more than deserve the time to do so. Support these players and coaches and try to be a little realistic about things. Go Blue 👏

What they are criticizing is being gaslighted by the coaching staff, saying they didn't need a portal QB, that this was a reload, not a rebuild all spring, all summer, all fall.
@freeclimb548715 сағат бұрын
The only thing I criticize are the stupid bone headed penalties, especially the personal fouls. There is no excuse for playing undisciplined.

Proud of this team! These guys faced real adversity and bounced back. Sherrone coached a hell of a game. Those early 4th down conversions set the tone for the running game.

It's great to be a Michigan Wolverine! Incredible game. On par with the Rose Bowl in terms of drama. Amazing that we got two "all time" epic wins in the same calendar year.
@marianodesmaras662318 сағат бұрын
They showed Wolverine grit. Orji is a smart quarter back.

Even though this wasn't pretty, I am ecstatic with the outcome. I was nervous about this game. Love my Wolverines! Go blue! 〽️
@kristopherdurr15 сағат бұрын
If we can just get 150-175 out of Orji through the air, we're gonna be right back in contention. The receiving core is gonna have to step up, hopefully Colston is back next week. On to Minnesota for the jug! Go BLUE!

They should do some bootleg wr crossing routes going Orjis way for more easy completions because 40 yards passing is not going to give them a chance against osu. Kalel Mullings is a beast.

You said it perfectly. KALEL MULLINGS IS A FREAKING BEAST

Great win! But I agree with everyone in the comments. We must be more balanced on offense, especially in the passing game.

Still think jack should get a shot , Michigan needs to find a qb who can throw the ball just a little bit

He will get his shot once he’s healthy unless Orji takes massive steps in the pass game (unlikely)

Tuttle sucks he's lost a QB competition to Connor Bazelak when they were both at Indiana. Connor Bazelak was so bad that he transferred to Bowling Green. Tuttle is not the answer.

Happy for the win! But, I feel a little sorry for USC because 1) they get Michigan in their first Big 10 game while Washington gets Northwestern (WTF?!?) and 2) Miller Moss will have PTSD and see Josiah Stewart in his nightmares for decades.

Ga and bama rebuild every year why can’t wolverine’s
@ChrisCichon-q3h17 сағат бұрын
Easy answer..UM can’t recruit the same kids those schools can. The university runs the show at Michigan, not the football program. UM is top tier academically, they don’t admit kids that can’t read into the school just cause they’re good at football. SEC has no academic integrity, the football program tells the school this kid is getting in regardless of his bad gpa/test scores. Gee no wonder they’re constantly good. It’s apples to oranges and UM still won the natty. So much has to go right for Michigan to win, that’s why last yr was a damn miracle.
@robear-mi7rp11 сағат бұрын
Not sure this holds up we need some type of passing attack.
@muddwhistle78338 сағат бұрын
I thought Michigan should put Donovan Edward’s at quarterback because of the trouble he is having running the ball, to replace Alex Orgy and Davis Warner, but hen Will Johnson has more touchdown passes then both of them, if he wasn’t been hurt every game since his freshman season, I would go with Jack Turtle who has been hurt every game since his freshman season, if that doesn’t work either maybe pay Quarterbacks and Wide Receivers NIL money like Ohio State Does and you could get players like Xavier Worthy, Bryce Underwood, Dante Moore, C.J. Carr…….

It's funny to see Michigan locker room celebration guys just sing the victors, high five and than go dress out and start thinking about the next opponent. Compare that to Colorado having a full scale concert and hour long insanity like they just won the Natty! Colorado will never have the correct culture to be champions
@Michael-fh6lw8 сағат бұрын
Let's be real- as much as the wolverines D beat on a fi kle USC O line, Michigan offense got held to LOW numbers and literally NO passes (20 pts) ...if that Michigan offense is stuck in a one trick pony form of play? They ate not gonna make it to the season end impressively....
@gregkatz587414 сағат бұрын
Even the CBS announcers were calling the facemask penalty. There were two facemask penalties that weren't called against Michigan, in addition to 4 holding calls by the Michigan O and D that weren't called. Take the referees out of the interference in the outcome of the game, and USC most likely wins. But, you can't place your bets on a counter-factual.
