Ok tbh I feel like you should do a video on how to cough, wipe your nose, sneeze,etc in public. ESPECIALLY when you have a cold and stuff how should i control myself and all? I know a little disgusting but it's normal and I have a lot of allergies it happens to me a lot and it's the most disgusting thing ever and I hate it. It always feels kinda awkward. Maybe just have a video talking about it? P.s. : I'm kinda scared to comment this coz it is kinda weird and disgusting but it's a thing I genuinely struggle with. I'm a pretty mannered and well behaved person until I get a random allergic reaction and can't stop sneezing.

Currently with covid you should try to cough in your elbow, which in general is also more desirable in my opinion as you wont get wetness in your hands which you would later use to shake hands (but ofc right now we dont shake hands). I try to turn away from people if I can if I cough or sneeze and always have disposable tissues in a side pocket of everything so I can use them and also offer them to others when necessary. I would not recommend you to try to hold a cough or sneeze in since you can hurt yourself that way (because you can barely control it). I usually say pardon me or excuse me afterwards. Idk if this helps or if you would agree :)

Here is some unsolicited advice;) carry a hankey or some pocket tissues, it is very unhealthy and disgusting to listen to someone continue to snivel and/or wipe with the hand or sleeve. This is a very good question, I look forward to A video on it.

If you add a sunscreen in the am and a moisturizer at night you are good. You certainly don't need this many different products. Certainly not dr. Barbara Sturm's ones. She's not even a dermatologist and the products are ridiculously overpriced. Same with La Mer aka overpriced Nivea

Maybe you want to try some olive oil soap to feel clean without some oily feeling. Dove is leaving some fatty feeling on my skin and I prefer to feel oily after applying oil or cream. If you don't want to spend money on skincare industry just do as Cleopatra did. Go to your kitchen and mix some milk and honey and some drops of olive oil. You need to let this mix soak for twenty minutes and remove it with like warm water. Take high quality olive oil, honey and milk or cream from health food store. So thus is good for eating and for your skin.

Dear Jamila, could you also make a video session on hosting a dinner for 5+ people? Would there be any differences for hosting close family members and distant relatives? Some tips on the following, would be really useful: the usage of paper tissue vs. cloth napkins, putting the food dish in the middle or distributing the meal before serving, would it depend on the number of people you're hosting? When should you serve tea and deserts? Right after the meal or waiting for some time. She’s not board certified in America where she practices. I believe she got a PhD in aesthetics in Germany and then studied molecular biology. But I don’t think the “Dr” refers to any medical degree but rather her PhD. It’s terribly misleading and honestly I find it puzzling that she has marketed herself as a dermatology expert without the qualifications

I have very sensitive eyes too. There are very few products that I can wear without having puffy, watery undereyes anymore. I have found that products by Clinique are the most gentle and are tested specifically with eye irritation in mind by opthamologists so I generally use those.

Wow, quite the collection you've got there, Jamila! I have a normal to combination skin and I'm happy to see you apply different products for different areas of your face and that you're careful not to clean until you over-strip your face (until it feels "tight"). That Vichy thermal water saved my skin while I was on Accutane. I swear by it and continue to use it many years after. May I suggest, since your skin is normal to dry as well as sensitive, to avoid any product that has perfume/essential oils. Those are at the top of the sensitizing agents in products. Thank you for letting us take a peek into this very private part of your life.

I looove that you make your skincare a whole spa experience, cause skincare really is self care❤ the only thing I want to comment on (just to make sure some viewers dont thinks good skincare has to be expensive...)is that Dr. Barbara Sturm is not a dermatologist :/ shes a foot specialist (orthopedic I suppose?!). Her pricing is out of this world, there are so much better products for a more reasonable price (see korean brands or La Roche Posay, Paulas Choice, etc). You do you, no hate, just pointing out that she's not actually a trustworthy "doctor". She charges over 100$ for HA product that is worth of 15$ or less actually :/

Thank you for all the information on how to eat/live properly. An aspect of this type info that seems to be overlooked is eating in the home/everyday dining, especially eating with children. Are there things we should be doing differently at home? Are there different expectations for children and what are some tips to help training children to use proper etiquette? Thank you for your comment. Obviously home etiquette would not be as “strict” as restaurant etiquette but the etiquette of properly holding and handling your utensils is a must regardless where you eat. The earlier your practice it, the more natural it will feel and you will know no other way but the proper way. It is easier to learn something than to unlearn.

Again I AM so in love with your voice and videos, of course you are very beautiful lady and mommy . I love all kinds of masks too first, they are fun and second they worth time . Also if you love masks so i would highly recommend to you to use 111 skin face and eye masks they are spectacular even for very gentle skin ! and i understand the problems of sensitive skin , myself have very very sensitive skin, that i have to be 3000 % sure about what i am using and what fabric i am wearing , seriously having super sensitive skin is not a joke. but thank you so so so so much for sharing your skincare with us. you are magnificent .
