I love this so many BoS videos are beautiful but so artsy they can be discouraging- keeping it simple and real and just getting started. My first BoS , which I still refer to, is a .99 composition book. All the fancy ones I ended up half filled.

I just finished my first BOS. I’m getting ready to start a 2nd one. The first one is really organized. My goal is to have my next organized. Now that I have been practicing for a few years I know what herbs , crystals, etc that I use most.
