I am so scared when those children sang happily in the end of S7E2.

I got some Hot.Fuzz vibes watching this but it was done in a very clever and original way.

As a huge Wicker Man fan and a big Shearsmith and Pemberton fan - I can bring a very different view to this episode. It was absolutely glorious. I knew nothing about it going in, and the twist was wonderful. It paid fan service in a perfect way. There were easter eggs and so many nods to the WM, which - if you haven't seen it - you definitely won't appreciate it. I understand that your review comes from a place where you haven't seen the WM and you had the episode spoiled, but with that in mind, the review is kind of redundant. You're basically saying 'I know nothing about the source material and I also sort of knew what was going to happen'. Well, frankly, of course you aren't going to enjoy it. I'm not critisicing you (and for the record, I think your videos are fantastic and really well edited), but I think you're missing the point due to a lack of context / history / film knowledge. No shade, just my take on your take :)

Good analysis and second all your complements to the young actors and Yve Barre for costume design) thank you (I am glad I am not only person on inside no.9 sub Reddit who doesn't enjoy seeing people speculate about what the twist of each episode may be before broadcast - well said).

As a Welsh speaking teacher I find this episode offensive and racist! It says more about other's ignorance than about Wales or the teaching profession . FOR SHAME !
