He stated on his video that he was bullied, not saying by whom, but making the matter quite clear. PurplePetal04 I visited Virginia Tech in 2009 while dating a student there. I was surprised to find Norris Hall not only still standing but fully renovated. The caveat to that is that it was still closed because emotions were still running high. I can only assume it's now being used. I can't imagine they'd spend the money to renovate only to never use it.

I know they were on Lockdown, and he had a gun and everything, but he was outnumbered. I hate that it happened and in an intense situation like that you don't know how to react.
