This is highly overpriced at 6.5m. This is supposed to be affordable housing so that price needs to be in the range of 4.5m. I really wish they would come up with a different concept for those bathrooms. Who wants water sprayed all over the bathroom every time you take a shower. Can the builders please, please come up with another idea.
