I live in dubai and I highly highly doubt the price of this property 😂 at 6-7M dhs (much less than your supposed purchase) you can get a 4-5 bed villa with large private in Dubai Hills estate which is much better located than where you stay. I am sure if I do a quick search on PF or Bayut I’ll find the exact price of your villa and it’ll be less. Pls don’t sell false dreams to your ignorant subscribers
