Sadly no use saying you turned 800k to 2.4 bar without a detailed breakdown and costing of the project . You may well have spent a great deal of money on the project and sold it for 2.4 but was it actually profitable given the amount of time you spent on it.

Flipping houses especially when not doing it with a big team leads to you only flipping 3 or 4 houses per year. This means that you end up not having enough content to upload on KZbin. So many people end up recycling videos which is very bad. My suggestion would’ve been rather upload a 10-20min recap of the houses you flipped in 2023 and 2024 or only those you flipped in 2024. Or maybe also create more content which has all the challenges you faced when you were flipping houses during the year. Maybe also never seen footages. Maybe even visit the new owners of the houses you flipped and speak to them about their experience in the new house (if they agree to be interviewed). We would rather take time watching that and not watching recycled material. That’s just my 2cent as a KZbinr…
