I only remember having one panic attack and it was March of this year. I was moving around so much cause I couldn't figure out what was going on. I always had shaky hands but it seems like my hands were having an earthquake. It felt awful. I'm glad there was a doctor on our Robotics team that told me what was going on because I had no clue how to handle it. I ended up having to leave the building for a bit to get fresh air.
