I had my very first panic attack, shortly before seeing this movie. And this scene was almost triggering, I felt my heart starting to speed up, and my breath getting a little shorter. Then watching the follow up scene, after they all embraced her, I felt better. And now, when I look back on my own panic attack, it doesn't hurt anymore. Like, somehow, watching this movie was retroactively healing.

Forgiveness is about letting go and acceptance. What's beautiful is that in the first movie, her parents hug her and reassure her that her feelings are valid. In the second movie, she learns to accept herself as the hug now comes from within. She accepts her feelings and beliefs are valid parts of her, and it's okay. Self-validation.

this is the best scene ever, i was having an anxiety attack and had to play this and honestly healed me a bit. anxiety clouds judgment and you just have to remember that you can ground yourself when you feel that anxiety come up. sometimes you need to admit that you're not perfect and not hold yourself too high of a standard

The only thing I'm going to say and it's not really a complaint or a critique. I don't know if it's because they didn't have the time to do it or they just didn't feel they needed to do it. But before grace and Bree forgave Riley, I wish we saw very emotions again deciding when whether they should forgive riley or not I know riley's been through a lot, but that's still doesn't mean it had to be done so quickly. I know that's the usual Disney Pixar kind of rushed, happy ending kind of thing, but f turn you follow it up with that panic, a taxi, you really need it to treat this seriously. It didn't need to be wrapped up so quickly, it didn't, I'm just saying that it should have been taken a little bit more seriously and it would have shown that not everything always wrapps up right away again. Love the scene but I really think bring graces a motions should have had to say of how things were going to turn out. I mean, we saw them when they told Riley that they were going to another school, we should've saw them again 2 clarify whether they will gonna forgive Riley or not. I really think we should have seen the emotions one last time but the scene is freaking beautiful and the fact that Riley decided to become honest with herself and with her. I'm gonna say friends is amazing, but still shouldn't have been such a rush ending and shouldn't have been with outscene. Reingraces emotions in their minds of how they would react to Riley's apology. But you can see him Riley's eyes that she meant. It was a beautiful scene. But it could have needed a little bit more time. But that's all I want to say love it though
