😂🤣 This post was hilarious. You pair bounce so well off each other 😂🤣. Picking up on your “ cupboards for hoovers”. My son-in-law bought two Robot hoovers when it was decided that hoovering was one of he’s chores…they come out at 1am downstairs and 10 am upstairs…. The have there own docking station to re- charge and they are made from “ magic dust”… He also bought a dishwasher to do his chore for him…. SO…. We watch your posts closely to see if there are anymore gadgets we can work on him for….😂. Keep up the fun…. And thank you for making our days a little lighter with your fun posts💯🍀🥰

Love the front doorway and the stairs off to the side! Love love the windows in the living room! The fireplace, not so much. In the hall closets, why don’t they put a rod in to hang your coats from? That is the largest diffuser I have ever seen. I like the rose gold hardware. The walls are such a nice color. Nice large utility room. Closet was fabulous 👠👗🥻👔👕👚👖All of upstairs is nice! As always, great job guys!

This is the first time we've seen the new configuration with the open plan kitchen as the show home we viewed was the old style and had the wall and hob dividing the family room (like in the room plan at the end). The boiler was missing from its usual place in the corner of the utility room. Have Redrow started using electric only heating?

My guess would be that it has been put in the garage as it has the integral access. We were not able to open the door to properly look.

Nicker hill refers to woodpeckers,I used to live just beyond the top of Nicker hill , 1943 to 1967, bit cheaper then!

When my parents bought the dormer bedroom bungalow in half an acre plus garden near Nicker Hill in 1943 it cost £1140.00

The house looks substantial from the outside but again, the rooms are disappointingly small. I think when you are being asked to pay that sort of money, the developer should have done better than those bog standard ugly radiators. I guess I am not a fan of new build houses and the limited imagination of 'big developer'. However, a lot of people seem to like them, build quality notwithstanding, so I am probably in the minority here.
