The exterior seems a bit mish mash and a bit busy but the inside makes up for it, the room sizes seem comfortably adequate. Hats off to the interior designer for bringing this house to life.

It's all nicely tricked out to distract the eye but for £740,000, I would expect better radiators than what can be found in the DIY sheds, and higher grade appliances. Also don't sign without getting a proper inspection to find out what corners have been cut during construction.

Doors are hollow, framing is MDF, door handles will fail guaranteed, you will not be able to hang anything on the walls that has any weight to it, due to the plasterboard being one of the cheapest on the market. Please do not fall for the surface shine, as underneath it is absolutely SHOCKING
