Funnily enough the beach isn’t actually owned by the hotel! You do get access when you stay, but not technically hotel property

Sad part of this is that from the perspective of the Guest it all beautifull stuff, But from the perspective of the Employes is horrible, I worked there and most of the employes are very overworked, (Specially on the Housekeeping dpt, Where i came from) and i even saw a couple of times, Employes coming into HR office to ask for some days off because they feel so overworked and they are just tired and overwhelmed, Plus they usually Descriminate and don’t care about you at all, Hand down what happened to me, I got Fired because i got descriminated because i have ADHD, They do not care about us, Plus somewhere hidden they are even dumping fecal matter waters from all the toilets on to the beach, I saw a video about it, This videos shows the wonders of the hotel, But im a witness of all of the stuff they are hiding from our guest, So its not all roses, Do your reseach, But its not like all the rich people care about this, They just want to feel important.

Absolutely unreal hotel. I was lucky enough to go there last summer and it was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I think your review is pretty accurate!

Great vid it really is a beautiful resort but it is bitersweet for me. Used to work here for a while. Hated the work culture but met a lot of celebrities like Tim Duncan, Ricky Martin, Jimmy Fallon, Anthony Bourdain, Robert Kraft, Steve Nash etc... Hate Federico Stubbe(corrupt) and the fact that they make the beach private and do not let Puerto Ricans access to the beach.
