Agreed. I'm a RN who's worked in the operating room in neurosurgery cases for nearly 5 years. What he did during his peak years did perm damage. I'm only 5'10" and never squatted more than 225 x 6. I felt that. He was doing >800 lbs. Insane.

Ronnie did and surrounded himself with what he loves. Negativity spreads easier, positivity is harder to spread but once its around you... Its hard to diminish.

Ronnei Coleman is a true legend. He inspired so many to go out there and start working out... to not be affraid of the gym since it was his favourite place... Then he inspired by never giving up the dream of Olympia... He never changed his attitude and stayed true to his old ways and was always a pleasure to see him interact with fans... Now even with his horrific pain and his phisical state... he is the same person... just as possitive... just as uplifting for other... and not letting go of the dream to be successfull while giving something back to the community. I know as well as we all know that he has some really really really bad days... horrific days at that... but he never wanted to show that he might be thinking of giving up... This man always did his bast to show everyone that he is a fighter and not a quitter... and to me, that is a endless point of motivation I am so greatefull to have watched him as a kid and even now as a adult... IDK what it would have been like if he did not get injured (although i wished he didn't have to suffer)... but I am glad that he is around and that he continues to inspire so many to never give up despite how difficult life gets... Ronnie Coleman teached me and still continues to do so... that nomather what happens, there is nothing that we are not able to solve if we really want to.. This is true even if we do not find the perfect solution...but we at least can never stop pursuing the best outcome we can get. (because of people like him I never gave up learning new things that allowed me to get a better job...even if my gratest enemy was myself during all this time...)

Bro is 60 and is in pretty good shape and bigger than me. I know he's in a wheel chair but it's really impressive how strong and fit he still is when he sacrificed himself to be the GOAT of bodybuilding. Not only that but he has an amazing and intelligent mind as well. I know he is still wheelchair bound but gotta think about the sacrifices he made to his body to get here. The greats in another sport's like Mouhammed ali suffered worse I know there dif sports but it's impressive he's still here kicking while becoming the GOAT of this sport. Hell i'm getting to mma and i don't expect to live pass 50 Great going Ronnie, a truly great inspiration for those who would do anything to become the best for there ART.
