Favorite Star Wars experience was going to go see the last Jedi for the first time. I had broken up with my girlfriend a month before, and that wasn’t the easiest thing for me to do. So when Dad bought the tickets I was hoping and praying for something amazing and I got it. First me and Mom went to see if we could get some shirts to wear to the movie, then we stopped at McDonald’s and got some lunch then it was off to the theater. And the chaos that was going on in my mind I had totally forgotten that Dad bought a ticket for one of his friends from Virginia that was a big Star Wars fan and he turned out to be one of the coolest guys I’ve met, and then I saw one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen then after that we went to Longhorn and grab some dinner. And sense I enjoyed the movie so much during dinner I got invited to go a second time the next day

Best: I'm going to have to say when I was waiting in line for The Empire Strikes Back and the doors opened to let people out from the previous show. And I heard the end credits music. It was the end credits to Star Wars but then. It. Changed. That was the moment that Star Wars went from One Movie to A Series. And then I got to see The Empire Strikes Back. One of the best nights ever. Seeing George Lucas (and C-3PO and R2-D2 and Darth Vader) at the Tenth Anniversary Convention is a reeeeeealy close second.

I was lucky enough to get access to their soft open in Disney Springs, Orlando. Here are my thoughts: 1. The V.R. is intuitive and stunning. You see a railing, reach out, and touch a low wall. Rack of blasters in view? Grab one, it's really there. Such potential with this setup. 2. Again with the pro-Rebels, anti-Empire experience. A large plurality of Star Wars fans love the Empire and dark side. Throw us a bone, please (don't you dare mention Inferno Squad). 3. The blasters have a pump-feature, like water guns. They're very inaccurate and take several headshots to down enemies. Breaks illusion. 4. For $30 a ticket this experience should be twice as long. The actual V.R. is shorter than your average game of laser tag. I got in for free and was still disappointed with how quickly it ended. Overall I was glad I did it, but wouldn't spend $30 to do it again. C'mon, Void, take this concept to its full potential!
