I like the smaller apartments, especially the layout of the 2nd room. The air conditioner is more centered in the room.

これから大学進学でお部屋をさがす学生さんへ。 この玄関がすりガラスの勝手口タイプ。 窓が少ない部屋などの採光として使われていますが、冬はかなり冷えますのでご注意を。 私、比較的温暖と言われている静岡に住んでいて、家の勝手口がまさにこういうタイプですが、付けなきゃ良かったと思ってるくらいです。 今の時期は100均の突っ張り棒に断熱シートを付けるなどして対策していますが、それでも冷気は入ってきます。 採光という面ではもちろん利点があります。でも防犯面以外にもマイナスポイントはありますので、よく考えてからお部屋を選んで下さいね。

I think they can trow away those ladder and build a shelv+stairs along the wall.. Sorry for my bad english..🫣

I agree - stairs with shelves would be much more usable. I also like that each bath area has a window, and closet space seems nice. The balcony on the third apartment is nice but then the price is also higher. Marc - from Georgia USA

全部クローゼットが特長ある部屋ですね 私は2部屋目が好きです。1･2部屋目の水周りは棚と洗濯機逆なら良かったと😅3部屋目は文句無しと言いたいところですが階段にはドアが欲しいです～でも見晴らしは良いので今の時期は星でも見ましょう 空が見えるって結構大事よ
