I never understood people that would arch their back when benchpressing. It seems like that would be dangerous, but i have seen so many people do it over the years so I guess its not that bad. Its awesome that your bf supports you. Keep up the good work.💪
@jan70035 жыл бұрын
Adam Childers arching your back is in fact much safer for your shoulder joints on the bench press as it takes a lot of pressure of the front delts. Also since the force is vertically aligned, unlike during the deadlift or squat, it has no bad effect on the spine whatsoever.
@adam81375 жыл бұрын

@MichL_715 жыл бұрын
I think it was to make her sweat more.
@ryanlangham61345 жыл бұрын
I meant more of the physiology behind it. Coconut oil is a lipid which to me would make a barrier over her skin and would make it harder for her body to sweat.
@sorayaimperial5 жыл бұрын
@@ryanlangham6134 I'd speculate that it is to avoid skin damage or too much osmotic pressure on the top skin layer. The point is to progressively sweat, not to fully chafe your body dry. I'd assume it makes it slower but safer to go to extreme levels like this. I found this quote: "Moisturize your face and body before or immediately upon entering a sauna. Use a light moisturizer - such as a day cream - if you have oily skin, and a heavier one - such as coconut oil - if your skin is dry." Also found vaseline as suggested for people who are prone to extreme skin dryness.

This Ms. Stefi was a video of AWESOMENESS, it is real, authentic and you as always showing your extreme natural beauty from inside out. After this video and listening to all the podcast you did with Jujimufu talking about some of your insecurities I promise you it's only in your head, none of them are real and well nobody is perfect, you are pretty darn close. You show your personality with no fear and show how humble you are and showing with a balance, showing the balance of all Mind Body and Soul.... there is not one thing from your beauty to your mind that you need to change... just let them all grow naturally and you will end up being that perfect woman and person everyone is looking for.... and take your man along for the ride with you lol, he's a good man, you two have a special understanding together and mutual respect most people forget that exist and that itself is already more growth than you realize ..... and also... what Joe Sheppard says about the voice over
@canadianhiker7215 жыл бұрын
@Gore4ever FulciLives ... I don't understand the purpose of this response it does not really have anything to do with my comment, I'm sure she understands if you listened to ALL the interviews and how do you know she is / was taking peds? I mat appear but i know for fact to have her body it is possible to it completely clean, yes it's hard long work with a great deal of dedication, how do you know she doesn't have it? Talking about the Psych aspect of it, body dysmorphia and insecurities I'm fully aware, the psych of it is what I do... my question to you would be why would you respond to a comment made out of respect, awareness and gratitude of Stefi's accomplishments for being a role model to so many people (and hopefully herself as well) looking for the role model who never had one to be strong and healthy and your response is to only focus on the negative and the things you can not confirm at which point are only allegations, your response is an 11 word response and you couldn't and wouldn't just make 1 more positive sentence to balance it out... hmmm i wonder why that would be?
