me too. as a child I saw the name Spielberg on my favourite films. it was then. that I asked my mam how can I make movies. she did not know what to say lol. but I'd love to spend an hour with this great director and ask some serious questions.

Maybe they'll invent holograms with the knowledge of the individuals infused into the holograms and then you could actually talk to Steven Spielberg's Hologram, because I bet you if he could and had time, he is humble enough to actually talk to each and every one of his fans, but since there are so many people, so many that he wouldn't possibly be able to talk to all of them.

My mom met him at the studio when he was filming Close Encounters and he looked like he'd just woken up and he said to everyone, "Excuse me if I look like a slob but I slept on the set. I just want to make sure this film gets done right." This is a man who eats, sleeps and breathes movies, and that's what makes him so great. He is all consumed by his work.

I'm wondering if i can pay the light bill. I agree though he does seem pretty down to earth despite his enormous wealth and influence, he earned it to.

I think my favourite is Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. I just don't fancy having my heart ripped out by someone before plunged into a fire pit. Oh and that toy he uses to control people. Also kind of shows hierarchy. With the Queen and quests, to right down with the poor kids as slaves. Then there are the crocs, which kind of steal the show. I wouldn't want to go along that bridge though because I would have definitely been croc dinner.

he was the first director I ever hurd of. His films were the first films I ever really enjoyed and wanted to see more of them. Duel was the first film of his I saw. Then jaws. Then empire of the sun, which I related to so closely as I was a similare age to the boy in it. Spielberg always remindes me of my childhood, when I was still free and my heart was still warm with dreams, love and hope. hearing of his life and and journy even now fills me with real happness. when I hear him say how he felt more at home on the film lot then at home, that he knew he had found his calling in life and where he belonged. To know that such wounderful thing like that can happen to somone on this earth fills me with that warmth, happness and hope that i once knew again. Its one of the only things that dose right now. I miss the boy I once was. I miss the joy and energy I once had for life. Its hard to beleave it will ever come back. Somehow I fell down in life, made to many mastakes. I was too weak to make good in this life. In the end I can only hold myself to blame. But Steven made it throw. He seems a kind person. who wanted to be crative and bring joy to others and to live a posititve life with meaning and sucess. It fills me with joy that he was blessed to have what it tok inside himself to make good. well done Mr Spielberg, thanks for bringing such hope and happness to me and so many others.

Film directors are underrated artists. Singers, actors, musicians, writers are so much more popular. Film directors should also be equally revered. If you look closely, directors combine all arts from writing, designing, acting, music, visual effects and join all of them to realize their vision and make films. Spielberg has made some of the most popular, culturally relevant and timeless films. I hope he is remembered for a long long time after his death. A legendary artist.
@Felchenstien7 жыл бұрын
Screen writers are not more popular than film directors. They are in fact quite low on the food chain, unfortunately. Often they are not even allowed on the set. A writer dreams up the entire story and characters and a director often claims it as his "vision." That's not to say good directors (such as Spielberg) don't deserve accolades however. I agree he is a master of his craft.
