The Port and Railways quarters must be pulled and developed into flats to accommodate more people .Not for sale but for staff.

Next time get a better person to lead and explain some of these things to you. The area is called Railway and Port quarters. Railway first before port because Railway is senior to port. Railway and port was together as one company and was called the Railway and Ports Authority. It was in 1976 during Col. Acheampong's time that the two companies were separated; by then the workers were already staying at the quarters and the two companies agreed to maintain and control the rooms occupied by their staff. That is why those quarters are habited by both railway and port's staff. So even your headline is wrong because we don't have anything like port quarters or railway quarters. The two are together but separated by alphabet such as Type A, B, C etc. Get your facts right next time.

The color of the windows separate the railway quarters from the port. The railway has black windows while port has blue
