Given the size of the aircraft and its landing and takeoff requirements, most private and smaller regional/local airports won't be able to accommodate the plane. You will be limited to really large commercial airports This is basically like flying around in a private version of Air Force 1.

Hermoso avión, la reina de los cielos. Hace cinco o cuatro años el Reino de Qatar estuvo vendiendo un 747-8i de color gris, un palacio realmente. No sé si lo vendieron o lo desmantelaron, si más no recuerdo lo mantenían en un hangar de una empresa de venta de aviones en Suiza. Saludos.

1 point, there is not even one Emirati that would put the private suite at the rear. A6-SMR and A6-SMM, the previous 747 sp’s of the Dubai ruler had the suites at the very front, 1 also had a huge silver horse , and the other a gold ship statue as you walked in door 1L .towards the rear was a security comms room and many business class seats for the not so vips 🤣,

That flying house is worth about $60 million. Not $600 million. All jets are stupidly overpriced and the FAA loves that. They really don't want people flying privately at all.
