its kind of difficult to really draw the line in terms of IP laws. on one hand, the actual design of the shoe aka by Tinker or whichever design was done up by Nike. Most would associate TSS with Nike due to the fact that Nike athletes were wearing his customs. From a moral standpoint, TSS is selling a service to commission a pair or pairs based on the customers wants and needs, sorta custom made, if client wants a custom Diors with exotic leathers, is it really then counterfeiting said product since its not exactly 1 to 1 of what nike offers? The bespoke by nike program doesnt even exist anymore so it would be a market that is not offered by Nike. It gets a bit of a grey when TSS launches a potential design and then ask for people to reserve their pair to be made. I do agree that the end user at the end of the day wants to buy the initial design aka Jordan 1 or forces etc, and the secondary portion would be the allure of the custom or materials. There will be little or no demand for a TSS version of Nike Kill Shot or Adidas Gazelle. Would think that the debate from a moral standpoint would be whether TSS is selling a service of making a product more luxurious or a premium Nike product. If it were the latter, without Nikes permission, it would be morally wrong. But i am definitely no lawyer, and the legal portion would completely be a different ball game. Am curious to see how this plays out but am still largely on TSS side

With them doing collabs in the past it sounds like Nike would've possibly started a partnership with him. It would only benefit them for a partnership, but lets be honest here. If the shoes weren't "Nike," branded then he would've never made all that money. He relied on someone else's hard work to build a brand and relied on their loyal fan base to basically sell counterfeit Nikes. Doesn't make a difference that they are a massive company with a lot of capital. What he's doing is just scummy because I was also always under the impression he had a partnership because why else would he be that bold?

@Nike will win this. 100% of this creator and program is gaining financially off other brands without permission.

While i do agree with Nike about the lawsuit, Being a capitalist that they are, its almost does not make sense if Nike doesn't have its hands on the fake sneakers industry too. Its a hundreds of millions dollars a year industry, and China being the based of that industry, Who happens to be where Nike's biggest factory and warehouses located. Just sayin'...😅
