Thanks for sharing! First went to Hobbiton in 2006, when it was just in the process of being dismantled, but did get into Bag End! Returning to NZ in October and November and just managed to book the evening tour and banquet two days before leaving! So, if anyone is going the book as early as you can! Thanks once again.
