Congratulation Akeem , you are doing a wonderful job. You are showcasing some beautiful houses in Jamaica, which is a blessing in disguise. These houses are make to withstand hurricanes, storms, and other weathers. Houses in Jamaica cannot compare with houses in some places in America . Jamaica is a Tropical Country, and houses are suppose to built according to guide lines. because of the type of climate we have. USA has a lot of board houses on the Eastern Shores worth millions of dollars. They were blown in the Atlantic Ocean by Super Storm Sandy. Please don’t compare Jamaica with the USA. Anything you want in life you can have it,if save towards it . Everyone cannot live in the same area, some people like to live in the urban areas, while some people wants to live in the rural areas, which has more space. Sir, Boothe encourage some of these developers to develop Portland, St.Thomas, St. Mary, Trelawny, St. Elizabeth, Hanover,and Westmoreland. Kingston is too congested with a lot of traffic. These developers need to spread out. Keep Up The Good Work Peace.

I get a tad bit nervous when you stop on the road side while those cars are speeding by. Should a car loose control, you are in danger. I want to give some constructive feedback. This video made me dizzy. I would have liked to see you zoom out AND pause so we could get proper views of the spaces. There was a lot of time spent on switches and outlets which are not the selling points for houses. It seemed like maybe that’s what viewers were concerned with? It was hard to get a true understanding of the space with the camera twisting and turning so fast. I’m glad to see these videos and would appreciate you slowing down, zooming out and capturing the views.

I understand the location dictates a premium. But I think it's over priced based on the fixtures. There are older townhomes in the area for less with nicer fixtures. Also you probably should start mentioning maintenance costs for townhouse and apartments. I believe these were 50 to 60k a month which was a big red flag for me.

The half-bathroom downstairs is like a coffin with a toilet. I'd be so claustrophobic! The downstairs bedroom can't even fit a single bed; it looks like a storage room. The stairs are way too dark, you'd have to have the lights on all the time and spend a tonne on electricity. There's not even a nice landing area on the second floor, just a little hallway. The rooms in general are very small. In my opinion, it's not worth the cost. It needs better fixtures and features for that price. It's worth about half of what they are asking. The nicest thing about this house are the windows and the kitchen counter tops.

Jamaican buildings are built quite sturdily with strong building codes concrete and steel construction to withstand hurricanes. It's my understanding you cannot put central air conditioners in such construction. Many other countries in Europe and Asia have use mostly these types of air conditioning units. I think central air may mostly be a U.S. thing. Not sure about Canada.
