This house is rly nice wow. I think tho with this amount of money you can get something more lavish or luxorious and with a bigger pool but def the architecture and the placement of the rooms. Also I wish a terrace by the pool like that patio should have been extended to be bigger and more like a terrace and be covered and have a big extensible table with 4 big sofas and that d be the dining by the pool place. All and all it s an amazing villa don t get me wrong these are just the things I d do to it

Thank you for Another Inspring home! Without telling you so much about this home...it really does show from the Exterior that it can dictate how much love they put in it. I love everything honestly, I put my stamp of approval of that ADU alone. Anyone can live in there. The main house is very beautiful...The ADU really is great! These LA homes are cool and all but Jesus Christ how would a rich person even maintain that property?? Like the property taxes on those homes have gotta be exhausting. Not to mention cali is currently losing rich residents because of the high expenses of property and income taxes
