I've just watched several of these videos and nobody on the other videos is questioning whether the potential buyers know what they are getting into or whether they can afford annual fees. This woman said that her budget was $20million- NOT that she inherited exactly 20 million. This could just be one of the multiple vacation homes that her family is investing in. I appreciate the fact that she doesn't mask her enthusiasm for the homes, but it doesn't mean that she is completely naive or new to having money. Let's stop making unfair assumptions

The third house had the best view and pool for her family. However, after looking at the carrying costs of the house like property taxes and having to employ a gardener, housekeeper etc. she decided to go for house number 1.

I think the first home was a good choice as it also has a guest house so the family can really spread out.

Although we are pleased to see that she has reached Financial Independence one must take into consideration the Upkeep of such a house. Secondly, you must spend your money with the ROI (Return on Investment) in mind. I would suggest you spend only 5% of your inheritance on a home in a neighborhood that can offer you longevity and peace of mind.

Wow. Grandpa left each grandkid (she has 19 cousins) lots of money and it means she has $20MILLION to buy a dream home? Makes me wonder about grandpa (was he one of the many quiet multi-millionaires out there).. :) 3 lovely houses. #3 had the nicest views but I liked #1 the most (better location/would prefer to live in Beverly Hills).

Is that wise to spend the entire inheritance on a home? Did she factor in real estate taxes or the upkeep needed for such a home? Seems kind of silly to me. Why not buy a big home in Atlanta for much much less instead of purchasing a home based on a Beverly Hills/Bel Air zip code. I don't think she has a financial advisor. She needs one.
@beetmann76152 жыл бұрын
The $20 million was the budget for the home. That's all we know. The rest is just your assumption.
@cocobutterchin67682 жыл бұрын
They will lose the house soon to Property tax. They Didn't work for that money. They are living for today until uncle Sam snatched it from them. They should buy on the beach and rent it out when they are not there to pay for itself upkeep. She should ask MC Hammer. Bad Investment
