I don’t get why Philly doesn’t use Blasingame more after giving BVS so many snaps at FB. The one play I saw him in Saquon ran for 6 yds. I think Philly needed to take out Tyler Steen on the field & Blasingame to kill more clock & give Pickett more manageable 3rd downs. Calcaterra is horrible as a run blocker.

@ then they need to add him to the active roster. I never understood why Philly doesn’t use Tyler Steen as an extra blocker & we all saw how impactful BVS was as a FB. Saquon is so gifted that I would think using Steen as an extra blocker would give him greater opportunities to find a crease & make the most of the situation.

I disagree that it was all negative with fans with Pickett probably depends what social media sites you on I guess but my comment was Pickett played well for stepping in last minute plus all the bad plays were on 3rd down where he had no starter reps the whole week

Pickett scored 12 points because when Hurts was in they scored that first 21

You need to go back and rewatch or just check the play by play. Eagles were up 7-0 when Hurts left the game, with the ball at Washington's 21-yard line. Pickett then threw the 4-yard TD to A.J. Brown put the Eagles up 14-0. Not sure where you got 21 points from Hurts from.
