Here is a tip travel with a small bottle of peppermint oil when you are biking make sure you wet a towel and put peppermint oil on the back of your neck and place the towel on the back of your neck this will keep you cool, also remember to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, I noticed your breathing is shallow. ( I’m in healthcare)
