14:41 this is what Indonesia is all about. A Christian tour guide, doing work at the largest Buddhist monument in the world, located in the most populated Muslim-majority country on the planet. Our motto of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity) is something that our ancestors have fought for, something that we hopefully will be able to preserve for the sake of our future generations as well as the world. 8:05 Yes, she’s young, she’s dynamic, and she’s also a woman and a Christian of an ethnic minority background. You wouldn’t see this combination of a woman in a position of power in other Muslim and Muslim-majority countries. Although I have to add that Indonesia is of course not perfect. For the past few decades we have become more conservative and have become less tolerant towards minorities. I hope the new generation of young people can take a look at what’s happening to the world and realize that we have it good in Indonesia, so don’t ruin the harmonious relations we have with each other. 🤝🇮🇩

Yet we're united under the same flag and one language that unite us (lingua franca). Fun fact about Indonesian language, it's a madeup language created by Indonesian nationalist in 1928 based mainly on Riau Malay but it's also a mix of Javanese, Dutch, Arabic, Banjarese, Malay, Buginese, Portuguese, etc. The purpose of this language is genius, because it serves as lingua franca that's not in favour of only one language/ethnic group.

Watching this made me have more prespective of indonesia.

Thank you for coming to our diverse country. Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity) is the value that we are hold on to in our lives. Although, I'm not gonna deny that nowadays some people here tend to live with value that is against that. Sad, but I'm optimistic that our future generations will preserve what being an Indonesian really means. ❤

I recently learned about Christian Theology. Unlike other recognised Abrahamic faiths, Christianity is monotheism but they believe that one God has three aspects and Jesus is God. This conflicts with the belief that Jesus is a prophet. The Trinity consist of Father also known as Yahweh; Son that is Jesus and Holy Spirit. And Trinity makes sense as the world is three dimensional, three forms of matter and past present future tense. Do all these bring out the truth that God has three aspects and Jesus is God? If Jesus was prophet why He and not any other prophet comes again?
@rj_olive7 Жыл бұрын
@@Aksarallah I learn history and that makes me learn about cultures around the world. My doubt is that is it impossible for Most High God in Heaven to ascend to this world at the same time remaining at Heaven and if so then there exist a God's Spirit working between the God in human form and God in Heaven like how God in Heaven sends Jesus who is born of a virgin through the power of God's Spirit. This brings out the possibility of Trinity or God in three aspects making the God in Heaven to be God of Abraham, God in Flesh as Jesus and God's Spirit as Holy Spirit. Also Jesus is believed to have born at Bethlehem which at those times were part of Roman Empire and so Jesus crucification and resurrection theory would have really happened as it is impossible for followers of Jesus to convince the people of then Judah about His crucification and resurrection inorder to spread the scripture in a much hostile Roman Empire which used prevent the growth of Christianity. Also history upholds the theory that Jesus was killed on cross as then rulers of Roman Empire feared Jesus overthrowing the Roman government. These reasons are historical and makes it a valid reason to believe that Jesus is the manifestation of God in human form.
