Hello Mr. Mungai good stuff as always but let us be honest about these apartments.. The Amenities are on point but the apartment with those price tags hell nooooo.. I feel like they're over priced and there is no "wow factor" about them. We've seen awesome apartments on this channel with almost similar amenities at a reasonable price tag and they are well done. These apartments are just plain, no gypsum ceiling, basic kitchen.. Hapa ni amenities tu na location.. That's my personal opinion... Thank you.
