For 160 million KES, I am definitely being robbed. If paint is peeling, they didn't allow the concrete to dry or another possibility is that there is water leaking. I went to see this pent house and was so disappointed,those kitchen sinks are so cheap, and most of the finishings, the bedrooms are so tiny, what you see on camera is not what you get. I was truly disappointed, the highrises in kileleshwa have better finishing.

But if you're rolling in money, especially ill gotten wealth, and willing to take a gamble, it can be a great long term investment. But with a starting price of $1.3 million USD, I wonder about its potential appreciation. With that money, you could buy or build a luxurious mansion with ample land and free yourself from the limitations of homeowners associations and nosy neighbours.

I disagree with you on the better factor. This one comes with even a family room, so it means it’s more spacious. Perhaps you say so because this one is not staged.
