This was a SoftLayer DC. SoftLayer mostly did rollouts using CentOS and RHEL.

To enable IPMI and make sure the boot order is correct. We'd also have to manually configure RAID cards.

@@SeanOMatic Not always, only when automation fails..

@@Gugah2006 We did a lot of manual configuration of RAID since automation couldn't handle that. For basic 1U rollouts it was rare, but I'd say about every night there was at least a couple of times where automation failed and tech intervention was needed in the DC.
