Interesting documentary. But a little black/white thinking. The biodynamic growers do have their own problems with fungus. They don't use poison yes, but in large quantities copper. So much that many scientists think, they should use a small portion of poison instead ruining their soil with copper. And this documentary is old. Many winegrowers especially in Bordeaux are biodynamical or almost biodynamical nowadays. And with high quality wines, it never worked to push your wine to the better with chemicals. You only can make out of a crappy wine a drinkable wine.
