Mostly embassies have only one building in the capital of a county but some countries have more as one embassy (e.g. Kingdom of Thailand, Republic of Germany) to make more representation after this people of own folk travel or work there. Sometimes a country split or gone together and the embassy can't change easly. Some countries let only representation an honour consul (e.g. Taiwan in Germany).
