Got my PhD 45 years ago, when I hear these discussions not much has changed in the process. For what it’s worth never once regretted getting a PhD even though it was so so hard. There is so much value in going through the process even though I decided not to go into academia, what I learned led to a great career in industry. Keep up the good work!

Yup! I am a nurse administrator with an MBA and I follow her. I an contemplating getting a phD in Health Services.
