The reason is so absurd that you will think I am lying. But when Medicare Part D was enacted, republicans put a provision that stated that the federal government could not negotiate drug prices. Said provision was abolished by the 2023 Inflation Reduction Act.

Bunker Boy said he was going to do this in 2016. He didn't obviously. But rich people got a big tax cut

What policy has Trump passed? What will be his signature policy that we can say 50 years from now "yeah, Trump gave us that?" Nothing.

They had to first get rid of the republicans era no Negotiations with big pharma law. Notice not one Of them voted to abolish that law. Only democrats voted for it. Not One republican. Maybe if you pay attention the democrats are the only trying to make healthcare better.
