I am not sure about buildings on the seaside. I usually avoid: 1. sea and river side 2. mountain slopes 3. overhanging buildings. Mountain top is ok if it has solid rock base. Now you have to wear multiple hats, and also be your own building inspector.

As far as I know, 12 planning permissions have been granted in Limassol and no more are foreseen. All are already in the process of construction and completion. The nearest alternative is Trilogy. Neo and Kean will also be in the future.
