What was with that review of the garage? You pointed out several things that were out of the view of the camera and never pan over to see them. This is a pet peeve of mine where a presenter points out a feature and never pans the camera over to see it.

That house is literally right behind me. If I may make a note. If you’re gonna show off luxury homes, don’t film yourself walking in the front door as the first shot of the interior, show what the house’s “wow factor” is. The entry into a home like this is everything. It’s what sells it right away. It’s the first thing anyone sees. In all my years, in real estate, the moment a person walks through the front door is THE most important. People will overlook almost every little flaw and imperfection if they are wowed walking in. And you didn’t show that…you filmed yourselves….huge mistake. And believe me. This house needed that shot, as it’s not a very nice home. It’s ok. Most of its value is in the view. Its vibe is cold and office like, with a strange use of space. Anyway, I won’t critique it to much. Just Get that SHOT if you are doing homes like this! For your sake and the home. It’s very amateur, not getting the wow factor shot. Hope that helps. Have fun.

@@pamelaharrmann8420 Native Oregonian here. Some very beautiful homes up there on the bluffs, classics. That is the opposite. It was an eye sore to the neighbors that I know that live there. But to be fair, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Maybe a modern tech person will buy it..? I simply echoed the majority of comments. Not the last few uploads of the lake Oswego houses, those are beautiful in my humble opinion.

@@MatthewTercek i was referring to the facts that the city charges a person to live in port;and and everytime that i have to go into portland, it is as if you are entering a third world country. the highways are lined with tents and crime/drugs are out of control. i live in milwaukee now but i left portland 5-years ago and it gets worse every time i go into the city. also the city charges you every time you buy something. if not for those, i would be signing the checks for this home.
