That’s my intention, Joel - I’ve got some beauties lined up for publication these next few weeks 🥰 100% agree with you there! However, these video tours are self-sponsored as very few of these videos are actually paid work. My personal passion for these can only take me so far before limitations (ie materials, editing, audio etc) stop me from growing these videos/channel to the next level of quality. Stunning house . But my question is who will buy a 25 million rand house instead of building their own ? One thing I know is that most individuals who can afford a house for 25M are Extremely picky. So picky to the point where most things in the house have to be custom made . This listing has to be for foreigners . 1.6 million dollars for a house this big to foreigners is a big bargain to them

Thanks got taking the time to comment, Jordan. You made some very valid points. Whilst those individuals might be able to custom-design their homes, it is worth noting that many just don’t want to go through that whole building process (ie high stress & long time), and rather buy & renovate.
