Stunning house . But my question is who will buy a 25 million rand house instead of building their own ? One thing I know is that most individuals who can afford a house for 25M are Extremely picky. So picky to the point where most things in the house have to be custom made . This listing has to be for foreigners . 1.6 million dollars for a house this big to foreigners is a big bargain to them
