(Top left room on top of the upstairs) Even though quite cool to see, for obvious security reasons, we couldn’t share the stronghold video footage. The garages are always tricky - either we can’t show them as they look like a mess (storage boxes everywher), or they have a prized possession of fancy cars which the owner isn’t too keen on sharing.

Nah man this house is a steal - the estate is right next door to Serengeti (like they are literally touching each other) which is 6 times the price. The biggest stand in Serengeti is 2000sqm / the smallest in Dunblane is 7500sqm. Location wise, Kempton Park(East Rand)- Traffic is minimal - Airport, R21, Glen Marais 15min away, train goes from the airport to Sandton to Pretoria to Joburg or Centurion. Plus the estate has large stands and is exclusive

Great question, Vusi. My goal is to showcase gorgeous homes, regardless whether they’re for sale, sold, or just gorgeous showstoppers (like all of Francois Marais’ video tours I’ve done which aren’t even on the market). Unless the agent/prefer specifically requests to take it offline, or for me to update certain details, I prefer to keep it online to share its beauty with others.

One would think so, but surpassingly, the overall property market has been quite buoyant since coming out of lockdown last year (obviously, some areas will do better/worse than others). This home has been on the market for a while - it wasn’t until recently with the publication of this video that we’ve seen quite the offer activity!
