I think I identified exactly when this was from. Since Kenny mentioned 2/2, I think this is after the Houston Portland game early in the 03 season. Yao went 2/2 7 pts 4 reb 2 ast 1 BLK in 15 minutes. It was his sixth game in his career. To that point of the season, he was averaging 3 pts 4 reb 1 ast 0.3 blks on 14 min taking 3 shots per game - 44% fg%. Two games later, Yao would go 9/9 to 20/6/0 stat line in 23 minutes. Two games after the 20 point game, Yao would play against the mentioned Shawn Bradley in Dallas. Yao’s stat line: 33 Min, 10/12 FG, 10/12 ft, 30 pts 16 reb 1 ast 2 blk Bradley’s stat line: 19 min, 0/1 fg, 0 pts, 2 reb, 3 ast 1 stl 1 blk

Yao Ming in the short time he played in the NBA made an unforgettable impact and helped expand the product internationally. Look at the product of basketball in China in 2021, that's because of him. He also was a career 83% free throw shooter and 52% FG for his career. He's more than deserving of the HoF and I'm glad he lived up to his hype, the game benefited from that.
