This video could have easily gone for another 20-30 mins. So much stuff in the containers and elsewhere on the property. I’m on my second watch and can’t get enough of this video, I wish more video time was spent on all the other individual pieces. Great work team! Highly enjoyed this and learned something new.
@ironhallgymАй бұрын
Like at 1:58 seconds in. He’s got probably half a million dollars of equipment and if you pause the video and look at his cable setup. Those individual black and blue D handles I got from dicks sporting goods like five years ago for maybe $15. I love them and have travels with them. An absolute eye full of video by pausing this every now and again.

He is 100% correct that most of this is not required. In my old house my entire gym was in a 10' x 14' room in my basement. I had 2 racks, 7 bars, adjustable DBs and a cable machine. It was enough. I bought a new house and added a leg press, deadlift platform, and a Hammer Strength row machine. It's more than enough.

I like what Gunner said about providing a service to the community. My first purchases were a set of ironmasters and a bench escaping covid in the booneys. Flash forward a year, I'd built a fully sufficient home gym where I could replicate any exercise I wanted in a 19x7 spare bedroom in NYC. His content is pure gold.

@thomasbrown7328Ай бұрын
Yes, and also likely a worsening homelessness/wealth gap problem, drought, potential water insecurity, less acceptance of different political viewpoints. The man clearly doesn’t go for fuel efficient vehicles and CA is all about electric/efficient.

Fantastic stuff- wish the video was 90 min long with more of a deep dive into every piece. 10:25 timestamp…. Please, GGR, what’s the name of that piece? Lastly, the Ropeflex rope pull climbing treadmill type device looks sweet- not an enormous foot print, $8K, more leg involvement than a ski erg. I wonder how this compares workout wise to a stairclimber? Do the arms give out way before the legs do? Are glutes hit more than a stairclimber?

This could be a netflix series.i know Coop got a niche, so it migh't not serve most of the audience, but Gunnar needs an extensive walk through interview. The gym equipment has a story, and so does the memorabilia. Also, being in the business of being a personal training at the highest level is a story within itself. The man has a backstory that needs to be told from start to finish, in my opinion, especially once he gets every piece of equipment he owns out of the shipping containers.
